  In the interest of honesty I'll start by explaining that I used to work for the company and had three very happy years there. I have also had Kingswood manage my rental properties well before, during and after my time at the company. My latest experience came in the form of what was supposed to be a simple relet which turned sour when the newly installed tenant upped and left without warning just days into the agreement. Thankfully, Joe was on hand to keep me fully informed - apologising even though there was no blame attached to him - to the point where yesterday a new tenant moved in at full rent. I've come across some proper shady characters during my time in property but I'm pleased to say Joe is one of the best agent she I've worked with. I appreciate the management team there for my time with them, and think they've chosen well when it comes to Joe.

  Joe Bartlett was very good at renting out our property and worked to achieve this under very short notice. Kept me well informed during all stages from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. He is an asset to the company. Thanks

  I use Kingswood for a number of transactions over the years. I have been a client for years and haven't found any issues with them! Mainly deal with Aj who is very approachable and always available to give good advice. Would definitely recommend!
